a day out with memms

i was lucky enough to be one of the chaperones for miss emma's spring field trip...

siblings weren't allowed, so by some major luck, my mom just happened to be visiting to take care of our little bro :)


we spent the day at some sort of animal farm.






and saw all sorts of interesting creatures....a ze-donk for one...he was half zebra and half donkey :)




we had a picnic lunch and i enjoyed my day with my sweet girl.  she's growing up too fast.


the end of the day was the barrel ride.  i sat this one out.  pregnant + barrel ride = disaster, don't ya think?

::Growing Baby #3:: Chapter 3

well, i'm 19 weeks and 6 days.  tomorrow is the big 20 week mile marker.  i think i'm beginning to feel better, so i'm hoping that the next 20 will be better than the last :)  cheers for being at the top of the hill! in case you missed chapter 1 or chapter 2, here ya go :)

i signed these two up for our town's annual daddy-daughter dance...


they were so cute together.


emma was so excited about her date with her daddy.


i curled her hair and added some fancy bobby pins...


and she wore these shoes.  love.


they were going to be gone for the night, so...


bro and i decided we would have a date too.


emma spent the night dancing with her daddy and carson spent the night with me...


and some dear friends :) the train passed by the park after our dinner out.  carson was on top of the world.  #littleboyobsessedwithtrains  it was a fun night out for all of us!
