::recap:: a week of christmas fun

we started our week off with fireplace s'mores...


and enjoyed our elves and all of their shananigans...


our hats kept us warm...


and our elves kept us guessing...


after planting our magic seeds, candy canes grew :)


emma's kindergarten class decorated gingerbread houses...








bro got a house of his own to decorate too...




she was so proud of her masterpiece...


there were fits thrown on the cafeteria floor...


and bro had his very first christmas program...


his pride was simply incredible...


there were nothing but smiles when he found us in the audience :)




there were attempts at family photos...




and attempts at silhouette shots...


none of which panned out, which was just fine with me.  friday was lunch with memms...


and of course ice cream!


and friday night was~bring your golden ticket, all aboard the christmas express.  we wore our pj's, drank hot chocolate, ate cookies, listened to christmas music and looked at christmas lights...


we came home with two sleepy sweeties, and i think sugar plums danced in their heads :)
