Our next day was simply time to say good-bye. We packed up and headed back to the airport with our little world travelers in tow.
Flying was a breeze with the both of them.
They each got one last turn in the cock pit...
And just like that, we were back in Texas. Our trip was far more than I ever expected. It was completely last minute. We went so cheap. And it was worth everything and so much more. In my heart, I knew I wanted to see Disney through Emma's eyes before the magic was lost. I got my wish. It. was. oh. so. magical. She was old enough to remember it, but young enough to believe in all of the magic. Carson enjoyed the trip far more than I every imagined he would, and we all walked away with some of the very best memories a family can have. We talk about our trip all of the time, and I see their eyes light up when we do. That is priceless. Save your money. Figure it out and go before your kids grow up. If you're anything like me, you won't regret it. It is nothing short of magical.

Disney World 2012 :: Day 5 :: Magic Kingdom & Downtown Disney
It was bright and early once again for our very last day at the happiest place on earth...
Our first stop was New Fantasyland again...
Story time with Belle was brand new...
And, we just had to try it out :) Memms was given the part of the picture frame...
And Rob was the knight in shining armor :) I loved that.
I loved finding the hidden Mickey's all over the park...
Emma had one last request to meet Rapunzel. So for one line, we got Cinderella....
Which, Bro said was his favorite princess due to the color of her dress :)
We met Sleeping Beauty, who goes by the name Aurora...
And, last but not least, we met Rapunzel...
And, they both tried on Rapunzel's hair on the way out :)
Emma caught Mary Poppins on Main Street.
And while Rob and Memms rode Splash Mountain, Bro and I were stuck with the Splash Mountain playground.
He knew exactly what was going on and was. not. happy. about. it.
I do think the funnel cake helped him get over it...
We left Magic Kingdom once again for the hotel.
And came home to this...
The kids were wiped out.
completely.
But it was our last night, so we jumped up and headed back for some more.
My skills improved over the five days we were there. So, for the last night, we parked it....right in front of the castle. We had front row seats to the above street party, where the kids got the dance in the street with all of the characters. After that, I picked them up some ice cream sandwiches...
They were Mickey shaped of course :)
And Rob and I enjoyed a giant cup of coffee...ahem...caffeine. We needed it!
We stayed in our magical spot and had front row seats for this...
It
Then the fireworks started, and we saw Tink fly over the castle...swoon.
We stayed for several other shows too. I don't remember their exact names. Cinderella's lighting of the castle was neat and the fireworks show where they projected the most incredible images onto Cinderella's Castle was phenomenal. We didn't want to leave :(
The park was closing, so we headed over to Downtown Disney for some dinner and called it a night.

Disney World 2012 :: Day 4 :: Disney Studios
Here are our monkeys with their chosen souvenir :)
We were on our way out of the hotel and headed to Disney Studios...
We started the morning off with Playhouse Disney...
And found Mary Poppin's horse...
We also managed to find Rob's favorite...Chip & Dale...
The kids loved the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground...
giant. creepy. ants. and all.
I wasn't sure if we could ever get them out of there...
Carson found the giant sized version of his very favorite dump truck. We managed to sneak his pic before we were scolded. score!
And, I love Toy Story.
Jake and the Neverland Pirates are at the top of Bro's favorites, so we stopped to meet him too.
After a full day at Disney Studios, we did out nap thing at our hotel...
The scenes there were better than the movies...
And our kids always fell fast asleep. Rob and I would too. Disney is not for the faint at heart.
All rested up, we made it back to Disney Studios for some night time fun.
We saw Beauty and the Beast...so good.
And Fantasmic was fabulous!
That night, Disney Studios closed around 8, and to be honest, we didn't know what to do with ourselves. That was way too early to head back to the hotel :) So, we caught a bus to the Grand Floridian-to see their tree...
and their REAL life-sized gingerbread house.
We saw Magic Kingdom's fireworks from afar and then headed back for some zzzzzz's.
