Sewing & Growing
We have been SO busy! My sweat shop is back up and running. I made these two onesies for Carson. Please, don't look too close. They are far from perfect. I bought them (plain) for less than a dollar each. I asked Emma what they were, and she said, "a choo choo train, mama." So, I guess I was successful!
I have many other projects lined up in my little head. If only there was more time...
I did have my doctor's appointment two days ago. I took the dreaded glucose test, so please pray that I passed. My belly is growing right on target, which I could have told you myself. My belly is so big, that bathing Emma is SO difficult...thank goodness Rob saves me most of the time! Otherwise, my appointment went great. I go back every two weeks now, which every two weeks already??
That just sounds crazy to me.

Here I am
I know that I've been missing lately. We've been busy with things that aren't too fun to post about: cleaning, cleaning out (unfortunately they are two completely different things), pediatrician well appointments, other doctor appointments, and the list goes on...We did visit Mama and Papa C. in September, but my camera never left it's bag. I guess it was the pregnancy talking.
I have been sewing a little bit. Here is one of my newest creations....burp rags! If you are pregnant, close your eyes...you may get them as a gift :)
Changing subjects quickly, I have my BIG ultrasound this Wednesday. For all of you new to the pregnancy world, this means that I am 20 weeks....yay! I made it half way. They will be looking for lots of specific organ/internal development. I will post the results just as soon as I get them.
For some reason these things tend to stress me out. I worry about it all.
On the lighter side, we will get confirmation of the sex of the baby. I am still hanging onto my receipts! And, I will be back with a name...yes we have one...I think. Although, let me check with Rob first. "Baby Boy" has been a difficult one to name.
I am wishing everyone a wonderful week...be back Wednesday!

Puppets!
Emma LOVES puppets....she fell in love with them at her Aunt Gail's house over Thanksgiving. I found some super cute ones in the Land of Nod catalog....for $10 a piece :( Have they lost their minds? After tax and shipping, it would probably run you just under a hundred bucks.
I decided I could make them myself, so don't look too close, they are FAR from perfect-but MUCH cheaper! Don't tell Emma, they are for Easter :)
